Refunds & Cancellation Policy

1. All fees are non-refundable. Fees paid for any service on this website are non-refundable and non-cancellable once payment is made. What you purchase is reserved professional review time, which is committed to your matter on payment.

2. Please pay attention before paying. Review the service description, the pricing, and the summary of your matter generated at intake before making payment. If anything is unclear, write to contact@theaccuratelawyer.com before paying.

3. Consultation Call scheduling. A scheduled Consultation Call may be rescheduled once, free of charge, with at least 24 hours' notice. A missed call without notice is treated as delivered. No refund applies in either case.

4. Duplicate payments. If the payment gateway captures the same order twice due to a technical error, the duplicate capture is reversed to the original payment method. This is a correction of a gateway error, not a refund of fees.
