Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of The Accurate Lawyer (the "Website") and the services offered through it. By using the Website or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of services. The Website offers fixed-fee legal information services: Quick Review, Detailed Review, Urgent Matter Review & Options, and Consultation Call. Each service is a defined written deliverable (the Consultation Call additionally includes a call). Every deliverable is personally reviewed and finalised by the lawyer before it is issued.

2. No engagement until confirmed. Submitting information through the intake chat does not create a lawyer-client relationship. An engagement is formed only after payment is received, a conflict check is cleared, and the engagement is confirmed.

3. Payment. All fees are displayed in INR, are payable in advance through Razorpay, and are inclusive of the stated deliverable only. Work begins only after payment is confirmed. All fees are non-refundable. See the Refunds & Cancellation policy.

4. Timelines. Timelines are indicative, not committed. Matters are reviewed properly, not rushed. If yours needs more time, it gets more time. Timelines shown anywhere on the Website are indicative estimates only and are not committed delivery dates.

5. Your responsibilities. You must provide accurate and complete information. The deliverable is prepared on the facts and documents you provide; it may need revision if material facts were omitted.

6. Scope. Each deliverable addresses the matter as described in your confirmed intake, and nothing beyond it. Follow-on work, notices, representation, or additional questions require a separate engagement.

7. Confidentiality. Information you submit is kept confidential once an engagement is confirmed, subject to law.

8. Limitation. To the extent permitted by law, liability in connection with a service is limited to the fee paid for that service.

9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
